Trans Support is a weekly ongoing adult psychotherapy group where members have a safe space to discuss the social, emotional, and cognitive impact of their trans or gender nonconforming identity. Members are able to use this space to explore their identity on a deeper level, and are able to form authentic true selves in the space of caring support provided by other welcoming individuals. While all members identify as experiencing gender dysphoria or being trans/non-binary, there is no expectation that members have "figured out" their identity, or are planning a medical transition.
