Individual, Couple/Relational, & Family Psychotherapy

Our psychotherapists have varied schedules. Sessions are typically 53 minutes long, though there are times when providing relationship or family psychotherapy in which longer session times may be ideal.

During an initial session, your psychotherapist will orient you to the process of therapy and will explain their unique practice approach. Clients are encouraged to ask questions and to participate in the process of establishing goals and regularly discussing progress toward those goals.

We see people from various cultural, ethnic, and religious backgrounds. We value the uniqueness of each person we serve. We have psychotherapist who are currently able to offer services in English, Spanish, French, Gujarati, and Urdu. We work with people of all abilities, genders, and sexual orientations. Many of our therapists have backgrounds working with families, youth, and individuals who have been impacted by trauma and violence.

To get connected for services, please submit an intake form and an Intake & Referral Coordinator will contact you within 72 business hours.
