Full Fee / Out-of-Network Insurance
$160 or $225/session
The full fee for assessments, treatment planning, and treatment plan updates is $225/session. The full fee for ongoing therapy at Live Oak is $160/session. If you are using an out-of-network PPO insurance plan, our therapists are prepared to help you submit claims for reimbursement on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot submit claims for HMO plans, Medicaid, or Medicare.
Sliding Scale
$35-155/session
The lowest fee offered at Live Oak is $35/session. Our sliding scale offerings are dependent on each client’s financial sustainability and current appointment openings among our staff psychotherapists and interns.
