Full Fee / Out-of-Network Insurance
$200 or $225/session
The full fee for assessments, treatment planning, and treatment plan updates is $225/session. The full fee for ongoing therapy at Live Oak is $200/session. If you are using an out-of-network PPO insurance plan, our therapists are prepared to help you submit claims for reimbursement on your behalf. Unfortunately, we cannot submit claims for HMO plans, Medicaid, or Medicare.
Sliding Scale
$40-155/session
At Live Oak, we believe that therapy should be accessible to individuals, relationships, and families of all income levels, which is why we offer sliding scale services. Our lowest fee offered is $40/session, and our sliding scale offerings are dependent on each client’s financial sustainability and current appointment openings among our staff psychotherapists and interns. We do not require income verification. If we do not have sliding scale openings, our intake team is dedicated to supporting you with referrals to other practices with sliding scale offerings.
