Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
COO, Clinical Director, Bilingual Staff Psychotherapist, Training Team
I’ve had an interest in the stories of people’s lives from a very early age. When a person joins me for a first session, I begin by learning as much as possible. You’ll find that I am interested in knowing your story from all sides, including the perspectives of those in your life. Slowly, we will work to develop a fuller understanding of your context. With this increasingly nuanced understanding of your life, and the lives of those within your systems, we will begin to track patterns in thoughts, emotions, words, and actions.
My own personal work over the past several years has been to better understand and interrupt my internalizations of white supremacy and anti-Blackness, misogyny and misogynoir, heterosexism, transphobia, and capitalism within my beliefs, thoughts, emotions, nervous system, and actions on an interpersonal, organizational, and community level. This work is located within the context of my white, (ethnically Italian, Irish, German American), cis-female, queer, neurotypical identity.
On the organizational side, I work with CEOs, therapists, and those in supervisory positions who are invested in doing the same work.
