My belief and passion have married to embrace the manifestation of my credence that therapists are born to do this work. That is what has allowed me to create a synergy in guiding clients toward healing. Within my therapeutic practice, I collaborate with clients using a systemic, problem-centered, integrative approach fundamental to one’s well-being and healing. Within the therapy process we will discuss the goals you identify utilizing identified strengths and resiliencies that can be a valuable vehicle for addressing pathways for growth and healing.
My philosophy is that therapy is a collaborative process where discoveries of self are found through the process of change. As a therapist, I provide support and guidance in the collaborative process. My belief is that our relationship with partners, extended families, peers, children, and acquaintances are inherent mechanisms in navigating our lives. There are times when mechanisms we use for life may create barriers to the pathways of healing. Within the therapeutic process, we can navigate through these identified barriers and explore vulnerabilities working to achieve healing.
