Therapy is a journey. Sometimes we get lost along the way, but through honesty, affirmation, and empowerment, we can garner strength from diversity and difference -- I specialize in working with underserved communities like Latinos, LGBT identities, and those in non-traditional relationship structures. Healing requires vulnerability but commitment to the journey will reward you with personal insight, clarity, and honesty.

My practice draws on respect and rapport to identify a path that will tackle the challenges, healing, and growth required to help you live your best life. Together, we will explore what that can mean for you today and the future. Let’s design a plan for your success.

Training and Experience

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. I am also currently studying clinical mental health counseling at Adler University with a focus on social justice. I will utilize an integrative approach to our work together, combining behavioral and strength-based strategies with a feminist theoretical approach. Your therapeutic journey will reveal challenges as opportunities and discover strength where perceived weakness is.
