Personal Statement

As a relational therapist, I help individuals and professionals rebuild self-trust, heal from toxic relationship patterns, and cultivate authentic, emotionally secure connections through intentional, progressive healing of early childhood wounds and experiences.

Therapeutic Approach

I believe that relationships are the foundation for growth and healing. Because of this, I prioritize building a transparent and genuine therapeutic relationship that fosters safety, openness, and trust. Within this space, clients are encouraged to gain deeper insight into themselves, explore their emotional world, and learn how to navigate their relationships and social environments with greater confidence and authenticity.

I integrate Emotionally Focused, Attachment-Based, and Parts-Oriented approaches to help clients cultivate self-understanding, emotional safety, and secure connection. My work also draws from Schema and Humanistic frameworks, emphasizing authenticity, compassion, and the repair of early attachment wounds through corrective emotional experiences.

Values & Philosophy

My work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection — both within ourselves and with others. I approach therapy with curiosity, empathy, and respect for each client’s lived experience. I value transparency, collaboration, and emotional integrity, and I strive to create a space where clients can show up fully without fear of judgment or pressure to perform.

I see therapy as a process of intentional transformation, where growth unfolds through insight, grace, and self-compassion rather than urgency or perfection. I believe in honoring each client’s pace, recognizing that deep healing takes time, courage, and the right relational environment. My philosophy is rooted in hope — that every person has the capacity to rewrite their story, restore their voice, and create relationships that feel safe, mutual, and nourishing.
