My belief is that there should be a healthy balance between mind, body, and spirit. My practice seeks to ground clients in their understanding, through intentional self awareness, of how their thoughts and emotions influence their spiritual, emotional and physical experiences. By addressing these parts of themselves in a holistic way, clients are then able to move toward healing and creating a stronger “foundational self”.
As a healer, my desire is to gain an understanding of my client’s needs and wants while working collaboratively with them to establish meaningful goals. Since my work is founded on tending to a client’s core emotional needs, I strive to create a safe and reliable environment where clients are able to freely express themselves.
Since I recognize that clients are unique and come with our own distinctive experiences, I would describe my practical approach as explorative and pertaining to the whole body. Because of this, I work with my clients to create a non-restrictive space that honors flexibility and nuance where we both navigate which strategies and methods are the most effective. It is my hope that in this process, my clients will be better able to grow in their awareness and healing of themselves.
