I am a sex and relational therapist and I lean on my queerness, intuition, spirituality, and passion to facilitate a restorative process’. I work with individuals, couples, families, and communities to mitigate harm and conflict while fostering space to heal. My goal is to support clients in recognizing how they have been living misaligned and encourage them to pivot to connect to their truth, power, chaos, and authenticity.
I became a therapist because of my own experience. Therapy was the first time I had ever felt seen, heard, and safe with another person, and that’s what I hope to do for other people. Therapy is scary; it’s intimate, and it’s hard. I also know firsthand that it’s worth it.
If you choose to work with me, you can expect to be challenged and pushed to connect to the most vulnerable parts of yourself or your relationship. Change is possible; everyone deserves what they need to grow and thrive. The world will be a better place because of it. If you want to change, if you want to grow, I would be more than happy to help you.
